Hi, I'm Claire!

My background stems from corporate professional work in recruitment and I ran my own business for 10 years until 2020.

Being a HUGE people lover, the piece I loved most about recruitment was getting to know different folk and their stories! Uncovering who they were to establish what jobs would make them thrive. So I knew my next career had to tick this box. People are my thing!

Having had a Celebrant led wedding myself, I felt inspired that this job would be a perfect match for my skills. I trained with FPC (Fellowship of Professional Celebrants, the largest organisation of independent celebrants in the UK and Europe) and the rest as they say is history! It's an honour to be involved in peoples special days and to be able to creatively write and tell peoples stories!

There is nothing more I love than planning an event to the very last detail! I need no excuse to get involved in ANY celebration, birthday or even themed dinner party, often being drafted in by friends to organise and help sparkle up their day! If there is a reason to celebrate, I'm on board!

Early life I trained in Theatre, Film & Television in York and have been involved in productions at The Royal Albert Hall, Edinburgh Festival, The Royal Court Theatre to name a few so the creativity and love of storytelling has always been there!

I come with a wealth of life experience, passion, ideas and if any of this resonates, I would love to get involved with helping to tell your story to make your day as wonderful and unique as you!
